What does this photo symbolise to you?

For me - It shows that light is always at the end of your finger tips, if you reach out there’s light there, when I apply this to men’s mental health, I look at how men suffer in silence but if you reach out for the support (hand placed out) then you will feel the light whether that be having people to talk too, professional help, support groups or acceptance that your suffering mental health.

It can affect anyone, if you reach out then the light in the room will shine allowing you to be supported and listened too.
